We would like to warmly welcome you as an Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) – Part-time to our RAGMAN team in Waldshut.

Your responsibilities – Keeping everything on track

• Invoice Verification: You process and review incoming invoices (national & international) for accuracy in terms of content and calculations.
• Communication: Due to our international orientation, you confidently correspond with customers and partners in both German and English.
• Payments: You prepare payment runs and ensure that cash discount deadlines are utilized optimally.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts payable and communicating with our suppliers are part of your daily work.
• Master Data Maintenance: You maintain and update supplier data in our system.
• Interface Function: You work closely with our sales team and management.

What you bring

• Education: Intermediate school certificate (or equivalent) and successfully completed commercial training.
• Experience: You have several years of solid professional experience in general office administration.
  • In addition, you have several years of specific experience in accounting (focus on accounts receivable/payable).
• Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (both are essential for daily work).
• Work Style: You work accurately, independently, and maintain an overview even during peak seasons.
