All other packages are shipped with FedEx.
The delivery time within Germany is 2 to 3 business days.
The delivery time within Europe and to Switzerland is 2-4 business days.
The delivery time for shipping to so-called third countries is 4-6 business days.
Longer transit times are possible from time to time, it is not possible for us to influence the transit time once the package has been handed over to DHL or FedEx.
Shipping costs within Germany:
Delivery within Germany is free of charge.
Delivery conditions for packages up to 5kg
Deliveries to the EU countries we supply such as Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark are free of charge from a purchase value of € 150. Up to a purchase value of € 149,99 we charge a delivery fee of € 8,40.
Deliveries to the EU countries supplied by us, such as Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic are free of charge from a purchase value of € 180. Up to a purchase value of € 179.99 will be charged a shipping fee of
€ 10,50 will be charged.
Delivery to the EU countries supplied by us, such as Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, as well as to the so-called third countries Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Great Britain is free of charge from a purchase value of € 200. Up to a purchase value of € 199.99 a shipping fee of € 12.60 will be charged.
For delivery to the so-called third countries such as Australia, USA, Canada, India, Israel, Kuwait in the United Arab Emirates will be charged € 29.
Customs clearance, customs clearance costs to so-called third countries:We take over these costs against a shipping fee which is calculated independently of the shipping costs on the value of goods. This amounts to:
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein 7.7%
India, Kuwait, Israel, United Arab Emirates 18%.
Great Britain and Russia 20%
By purchasing, you agree that in the event of a return, customs clearance charges are non-refundable.
You need to return an order?
In Germany we can offer you the following options for returns:
- You can return your package in Germany in one of the 14.000 DHL stores. If desired, you can ask for a pick-up at your home address at your own cost. You can bring your package to any DHL or Hermes parcel deliverer in Germany. If desired, you can arrange a pickup of your package at your home on your own expense. Simply assign a pickup online at: www.dhl.de/abholauftrag

- We cover the return costs for our customers from Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Deliveries by DHL are processed from Monday to Saturday. If desired, you can also pick-up your package in one of the DHL packing stations. In order to do so, please specify the packing station in the "street" field of the destination address, and the packing station number. If DHL cannot deliver the package (it only can only be received with a personal signature), DHL stores the package for you at the nearest post office for seven working days, ready for collection.

A delivery to a packing station is possible without any further formalities. Simply specify the packing station in the "street" field of the destination address, and the packing station number. Please don't forget do tell us your personal Postumber
Substitute address and holiday storage
We are flexible. If desired, you can tell us a substitute address in addition to the delivery address, to which we may deliver the shipment. A holiday storage is also no problem - your satisfaction is important for us.
Shipment Information System / Email Tracking
You can always track your shipment with one click. DHL register your package at each transition point. You can easily track online, where your package is at present.
If DHL cannot deliver the package (it only can only be received with a personal signature), DHL stores the package for you at the nearest post office for seven working days, ready for collection.
Undeliverable shipments are considered as such, if the delivery addressis wrong, if the correct address can not be ascertained with reasonable effort, and if the shipment is refused. In this case, the RAGMAN Textilhandel GmbH charges you with an expense fee of 15.00 Euro.
If you have not received your package within four working days after shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service under +49 7741 68 69 730 and we will arrange for you an investigation.
