Shipping and Costs
Upon request, we ship via DHL GOGREEN, the eco friendly parcel delivery service of Deutsche Post AG. The average delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery times to other EU countries and Switzerland depend on the destination. Usually we deliver within about 5 to 7 working days.
Longer delivery periods may occur from time to time, which can not be influenced by us after the package was handed over to DHL.
Delivery to countries outside the EU are done without VAT.
Delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs.
The delivery to the EU countries is free for order values higher than € 150. Up to a purchase value of € 149.99, a delivery fee of € 6 will be applied.
The delivery to Switzerland is free for order values higher than € 150. Up to a purchase value of € 149.99, a delivery fee of € 14 will be applied.
Customers from Switzerland and so-called third countries do not pay the German VAT. Customers from the EU are exempt from VAT, unless they can provide a valid tax identification number (VAT ID).
Packages within Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria will be shipped from us by default with DHL economy
Thus, it is possible that customers from Switzerland additionally assume customs duty and customs clearance costs which they have to pay to the assigned Swiss shipping-service.
We offer you therefore to send your package with DHL premium at your own costs. This will reduce the customs duties. Please consult the cost per package / kg from the zones listed below
Shippingcosts in so-called third countries:
The delivery principally occurs with DHL-Premium. The final shipping charges are based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.
Zone 2: basic price € 18.00, price per kilogram € 1,50
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway
Zone 3: basic price € 28,00, price per kilogram € 1.50
Zone 4: basic price € 24,50, price per kilogram € 5,00
Zone 5: basic price € 26,00, price per kilogram € 5,00
Australia, USA, South Africa, Mexico, Canada, Brazil
Therefore a package with 1.5 kilogram weight would cost 21 Euro to Switzerland and 36 Euro to the USA.
CAUTION: Any applicable shipping costs will be calculated only in the cart and added to the order.
You have to cover the costs of return, if the delivered goods are the one you ordered and if the price of the returned order is less than € 40, or, in case of an order value of more than € 40, you have to cover the shipping fee for return, if there hasn't been made a full payment or a contractually agreed part payment by you, at the time of your recall.
You need to return an order?
In Germany we can offer you the following options for returns:
- You can return your package in Germany in one of the 14.000 DHL stores. If desired, you can ask for a pick-up at your home address at your own cost. You can bring your package to any DHL or Hermes parcel deliverer in Germany. If desired, you can arrange a pickup of your package at your home on your own expense. Deliveries by DHL are processed from Monday to Saturday. If desired, you can also pick-up your package in one of the DHL packing stations. In order to do so, please specify the packing station in the "street" field of the destination address, and the packing station number. If DHL cannot deliver the package (it only can only be received with a personal signature), DHL stores the package for you at the nearest post office for seven working days, ready for collection.
Deliveries to a packing station by DHL
A delivery to a packing station is possible without any further formalities. Simply specify the packing station in the "street" field of the destination address, and the packing station number. Please don't forget do tell us your personal Postumber
Substitute address and holiday storage
We are flexible. If desired, you can tell us a substitute address in addition to the delivery address, to which we may deliver the shipment. A holiday storage is also no problem - your satisfaction is important for us.
Shipment Information System / Email Tracking
You can always track your shipment with one click. DHL register your package at each transition point. You can easily track online, where your package is at present.
If DHL cannot deliver the package (it only can only be received with a personal signature), DHL stores the package for you at the nearest post office for seven working days, ready for collection.
Undeliverable shipments are considered as such, if the delivery addressis wrong, if the correct address can not be ascertained with reasonable effort, and if the shipment is refused. In this case, the RAGMAN Textilhandel GmbH charges you with an expense fee of 15.00 Euro.
If you have not received your package within four working days after shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service under +49 7741 68 69 730 and we will arrange for you an investigation.
