  • Proactively and independently supporting the management of RAGMAN GmbH in administrative and operational tasks related to day-to-day business – e.g., in office organization, travel management, and IT coordination
  • contribute your accounting skills to our company
  • handle telephone and written correspondence with internal and external contacts
  • take on the scheduling and coordination of a wide range of inquiries and ensure their organizational preparation and follow-up
  • Assisting with the planning and organization of internal and external meetings and events – including the creation and preparation of meeting documents and presentations
  • Taking on the review, account assignment, and processing of internal and external invoices and being responsible for special tasks in day-to-day business

You are...

  • a committed, open-minded person with a commercial education and enjoy interacting with people – your empathic and open manner sets you apart
  • team-oriented, responsible, and reliable – discretion is a matter of course for you
  • confident in using MS Office and design templates and documents in a structured and professional manner
  • solution-oriented and organized, even in stressful situations you maintain an overview and set priorities correctly
  • already experienced in accounting and confident in processing debtor and creditor transactions

What you should bring with you:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (desirable), completed commercial training required
  • Work experience:
  • At least 3 years in office work
  • At least 3 years in accounting (including accounts payable/receivable)
  • Languages: Very good German and English skills (both required)
