How do I send something back?
You have 30 days from receiving your goods to try on your new garments and send them back if necessary. (They must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging)
Please keep in mind that we charge an environmental contribution of 2 euros per return.
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returned face coverings or underwearCustomers from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg can print a return label here.
Please note that for the sake of the environment we want to make our deliveries as efficient as possible. Therefore, in general, every customer will be charged 2 Euro shipping costs per return. We also ask that you return all items you wish to return from one or more orders together in ONE PACKAGE.
Once the return form has been printed (important for faster processing), another button will appear to print the return label. The return form goes into the package, the return label goes on the package.
If you do not have a printer, please use the QR code, which is also on the return label. Simply show this code to DHL with the help of your smartphone.
